MEETING FACILITATION

I help you zero in on meeting purpose and desired results. I design a meeting to achieve those results and engage all participants in productive conversation and ensure clear actions steps are understood and effectively communicated.

IDEA TO ACTION PROCESS

We move your idea toward action by exploring and defining the vision, involving key leaders or stakeholders in a process to clarify and improve the idea, and building an action plan. I am also available to join your team for a period of time to assist in idea implementation with excellent project management.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Every organization has projects that matter that need intentional support and coordination. I join your team to help you make it happen. Together we assemble a project team and develop a project plan. I develop timelines and calendars, coordinate communication, facilitate meetings, manage project documents, and produce specified project deliverables. Primarily I provide support and accountability for project team members.

STRATEGIC PLANNING

Development of clear vision and strategies for realizing that vision are vital. I work with your team to explore your ministry environment, set a practical vision, explore underlying contradictions, build strategic directions, and develop a focused implementation plan.

CONFERENCE AND EVENT PLANNING

Events that are prepared with purpose, that make a lasting difference in the lives of participants. I work with your team to clarify vision and goals and then design theme and schedule to best meet those goals. Together we build task lists and schedules for event preparation and execution. If desired, I bring my event planning and production skills to support your event from start to finish.
